新型电缆地线断线监测保护装置的研制

摘要:
为了保障移动变电站箱体接地的可靠性、连续性,保证设备及工作人员的安全,需要进行地线监测,因此提出一种新型电缆地线断线监测保护装置的研制方案。通过对可能发生的单相接地、断路和短路故障进行比较分析后得出三种故障信号之间、三种故障信号与正常信号之间都有着比较明显的特征,依此建立可靠的判据。实际运行中装置能可靠地检测出单相接地、断路和短路三种故障并进行正确的出口动作。因此,装置中应用的故障判据原理是有效和实用的,能很好地保障系统的可靠接地。

Abstract:
In order to ensure the reliability and continuity of the cabinet of mobile substation grounding, and guarantee the safety of the equipment and workers, ground wire should be monitored, so the new cable ground wire monitoring protection equipment is proposed. Through comparing and analyzing the possible single-phase fault, ground break fault and short-circuit fault, it is found that both the three fault signals and the normal signals have obvious characteristics, based on which the reliable criterion can be established. In the actual running, the equipment can test the single-phase fault, the ground break fault and short-circuit fault and do the right action, so the fault judgment criterion used in the equipment is effective and practical, which can ensure a reliable ground.
