交流电弧炉SVC装置2次滤波支路设计校核新方法

摘要:
交流电弧炉不仅属于典型的谐波污染源、闪变发生源,而且交流电弧炉冶炼过程在2次附近产生较大的间谐波分量。基于某实际钢铁公司交流电弧炉谐波发生量和SVC装置参数的定量分析及仿真研究,得到交流电弧炉必须设置2次C型滤波器,保证将电弧炉2次左右的谐波和间谐波放大控制在一定范围内的研究结论。在此基础上给出2次滤波支路的设计方法,提出了2次滤波支路安全校核新方法,指导交流电弧炉滤波装置工程设计。

Abstract:
The AC arc furnace is a typical pollution source of harmonic wave as well as a flicker source. It also produces larger inter-harmonic component during working near secondary harmonic. This paper analyzes and simulates the harmonic quantity and the parameters of SVC device of the arc furnace in a steel company. The conclusion shows that it is better to install the secondary filter of type C for the arc furnace in order to limit the harmonic and interharmonic near secondary. A new checking method is put forward for the secondary filter branch, which is a good method that can instruct the design of the AC arc furnace filter.
