Abstract:The project configuration during the construction of smart substation is complex and the manual information checking work between the master station and the substation is heavy. In order to solve the problems, this paper proposes a method to extend the plug and play technology from the IED equipments within the substation to the substation control layer as well as the master station and substation, based on the research on the theory of plug and play and combined with intelligent technology of power system, realizing the plug and play technology of smart grid. To implement the mapping between the primary and secondary equipments through sharing technology of SCD (including SSD) model, thus realizing the interaction between the master station and the substation. Automatic check technology of information point table is realized and the depth of interaction between the master station and the substation is enhanced by use of substation functions as a service program. The method used can greatly reduce the substation manual labor complexity and improve the efficiency of smart substation construction through on-site verification.
