    摘要:

    针对传统测量矢量法进行单传感器相电流重构时,两电平逆变器所产生的直流母线负电流问题,首先分析了不同电压矢量所对应的脉冲宽度调制 (PWM) 脉冲、相电流相位关系。通过定义源型电压矢量和汇型电压矢量,揭示了传统测量矢量法直流母线负电流的产生机理及其危害。然后,通过调节两相 PWM 的脉冲宽度,在不可观测区动态插入源型和汇型电压矢量,提出了混合脉冲宽度调制相电流重构策略,有效消除了直流母线负电流。最后,不同工况下的实验结果表明,所提方法有效消除了直流母线负电流,降低了直流母线电压波动,减小了零点漂移对重构精度的影响,相电流总谐波畸变率低于 3.24%,重构误差低于 3.45%。

    Abstract:

    To address the negative DC-link current generated in two-level inverters during single-sensor phase current reconstruction using the traditional measurement vector method, this paper first analyzes the relationship between PWM pulses and phase current angles corresponding to different voltage vectors. By defining source-type and sink-type voltage vectors, the mechanism behind the generation of negative DC-link current in the traditional measurement vector method and its detrimental effects are revealed. Subsequently, by adjusting the pulse widths of two-phase PWM signals and dynamically inserting source-type and sink-type voltage vectors in unobservable regions, a hybrid PWM phase current reconstruction strategy is proposed, which effectively eliminates the negative DC-link current. Finally, experimental results under various operating conditions demonstrate that the proposed method effectively eliminates negative DC-link current, reduces DC-link voltage fluctuations, and minimizes the impact of zero-drift on reconstruction accuracy. The total harmonic distortion of the phase current is below 3.24%, while the reconstruction error is less than 3.45%.
