    针对现有输电网故障诊断方法在复杂工况下难以清晰刻画故障演化过程和诊断结果可解释性不足的问题,提出一种基于保护 - 元件依互因果网络的输电网故障诊断与置信评估方法。首先,分析一次元件的物理拓扑和二次保护的因果关联,建立分层异构因果网络模型。其次,为提高故障诊断计算效率,依据保护动作和故障范围的就地性,提出局部网络分割方法,提取候选故障元件的局部因果子网。然后,构建融合保护动作证据、断路器执行反馈和关键因果模式匹配的置信评分模型,实现对故障元件定位以及对保护和断路器发生拒动或误动等复杂工况的推理。最后,基于五母线测试算例构建多种典型故障场景,并与现有诊断方法进行对比分析。结果表明,所提方法可有效识别输电网一次元件故障及保护动作异常,诊断结果准确且具有较好的可解释性。

    Abstract:

    To address the challenges of existing transmission network fault diagnosis methods in accurately characterizing fault evolution processes under complex operating conditions and often lacking sufficient interpretability of diagnostic results, this paper proposes a transmission network fault diagnosis and confidence assessment method based on a protection-component interdependent causal network. First, the physical topology of primary components and the causal relationships of secondary protection are analyzed, and a hierarchical heterogeneous causal network model is established. Second, to improve computational efficiency, a local network segmentation method is proposed based on the locality of protection actions and fault regions, and local causal subnetworks of candidate faulty components are extracted. Then, a confidence scoring model integrating protection action evidence, circuit breaker execution feedback, and key causal pattern matching is constructed to locate faulty components and infer complex conditions involving protection or circuit breaker failures, such as failure to operate and maloperation. Finally, multiple typical fault scenarios are constructed based on a five-bus test system, and comparative analyses are conducted with existing diagnosis methods. The results show that the proposed method can effectively identify primary component faults and abnormal protection actions in transmission networks, providing accurate and highly interpretable diagnostic results.
