    摘要:

    传统继电保护检修需人员进站并停电后借助测试仪工作,耗费大量成本。为改变这种现状,提出一种在线实施的新一代继电保护远程验证技术。首先,基于南网成熟的主子站架构体系,从通信和功能两个维度构建了一套安全可靠的技术架构。其次,在主站创建或选取典型故障录波库中的录波文件,经智能录波器远程下发至保护装置,实现电气量的注入。进而,保护装置采取钩子隔离机制回放录波数据,触发模拟保护动作逻辑,智能保护还开展虚回路在线模拟测试。最后,智能录波器收集相关信息并生成验证报告上送主站,完成保护动作行为的闭环测试。应用结果表明,所开发产品能够安全高效地执行远程验证,有助于运维工作的降本增效。

    Abstract:

    Traditional relay protection maintenance requires personnel to enter substations and conduct tests with dedicated equipment after power outages, resulting in significant time and cost consumption. To address this issue, a new generation remote verification technology for relay protection that can be implemented online is proposed. First, based on the mature master-slave station architecture of CSG, a secure and reliable technical framework is established from both communication and functional dimensions. Second, recording files are created or selected from a typical fault recording database at the master station and remotely transmitted to the protection devices via intelligent recorders, enabling the injection of electrical quantities. Subsequently, the protection devices employ a hook-based isolation mechanism to replay the recording data, triggering simulated protection logic. Additionally, smart protection devices conduct online virtual circuit simulation tests. Finally, the intelligent recorder collects relevant information, generates a verification report, and uploads it to the master station, thereby completing a closed-loop test of protection actions. Field application results demonstrate that the developed system can perform remote verification safely and efficiently, contributing to cost reduction and efficiency improvement in maintenance work.
