    现有电动汽车充电站(electric vehicle charging station, EVCS)规划设计研究较少考虑含大功率充电的多类型充电模式。针对多功率等级充电需求的充电站规划问题,提出一种两阶段选址定容方法。首先,基于实时路况,构建了一种计及动态转移规划的充电负荷时空分布预测模型。其次,综合考虑充电站规模、用户充电可达性等影响,分析用户对不同充电站的选择概率并以此确定各充电站服务范围。然后,以充电站的年投资总成本最小为目标,进行分布式储能系统(distributed energy storage system, DESS)与多功率等级充电设施协同规划。最后,以路网与配电网IEEE 33节点耦合拓扑结构为例验证了所提方法的有效性。算例仿真结果表明,该方法能使大功率充电设施合理地接入电网,在满足配电网安全性的同时提高了充电站规划的经济性。

    Abstract:

    Existing electric vehicle charging station (EVCS) planning and design studies give less attention to the multi-type charging mode containing high power charging. Thus a two-stage siting and capacity determination method is proposed for the charging station planning problem of multi-power level charging demand. First, a charging load spatial and temporal distribution prediction model considering dynamic transfer planning is constructed based on real-time road conditions. Secondly, the probability of users choosing different charging stations is analyzed to determine the service range of each charging station, considering the scale of the charging station and user charging accessibility. Then, aiming to minimize the annual total investment cost of charging stations, collaborative planning of the distributed energy storage system (DESS) and multi-power level charging facilities is conducted. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by taking the topology of IEEE33 node coupling between the road and distribution networks as an example. The simulation results show that the method can enable high-power charging facilities to reasonably access the grid, improving the economic efficiency of charging station planning while ensuring the security of the distribution grid.
