    基于连续物理模型设计的传统惯量监测方法收敛慢,难以准确追踪具有时变特性的虚拟惯量。考虑现代电力系统测量装置输出离散数据的特点,提出一种基于离散信息模型的电力系统汇集点惯量在线监测方法。首先,基于连续时间系统中含惯性常数的数学模型,构建Z域中的等效电机离散传递函数。其次,基于Z域中传递函数的数学结构,采用回归法构造另一等效电机离散传递函数,并在此基础上提出了汇集点等效惯性常数计算方法。最后,采用改进的IEEE9节点系统进行仿真,验证了所提方法的时效性和准确性。研究结果表明,基于离散信息模型的惯量在线监测方法能够在全运行状态下准确测量电源汇集点的转动惯量与虚拟惯量。

    Abstract:

    The traditional inertia monitoring method designed is based on a continuous physical model, converges slowly and it is difficult to accurately track the virtual inertia with time-varying characteristics. Considering the characteristics of discrete data output from modern power system measurement devices, an online monitoring method of inertia at power system convergence points based on a discrete information model is proposed. First, based on a mathematical model containing inertia constants in the continuous time system, an equivalent motor discrete transfer function in the Z domain is constructed. Second, based on the mathematical structure of the transfer function in the Z domain, a regression method is used to construct another equivalent motor discrete transfer function. Based on this, a method of calculating the equivalent inertia constants of the convergence point is proposed. Finally, the proposed method is validated using a simulation with the improved IEEE9- node system and it verifies the timeliness and accuracy of the proposed method. The results show that this online monitoring method of inertia based on the discrete information model can accurately measure the rotational and virtual inertia of the power convergence point under the full operational condition.
