    摘要:

    核电站控制棒驱动机构电源系统(RAM)是控制棒驱动机构的唯一供电系统,目前RAM系统存在一系列不正常工况及失磁保护失配问题。为深入了解系统运行规律并解决失磁保护失配问题,首先,结合实际数据,基于PSCAD仿真平台建立了RAM系统仿真模型。在验证模型正确性的基础上,对存在的不正常工况产生机理进行分析,通过仿真验证了分析的正确性。其次,对某核电站失磁保护与过流保护的失配现象进行了仿真复现,并分析了失配发生的原因。最后对失磁保护进行了逻辑优化及配合优化,制定了III段式失磁保护配置方案,从不同负载水平时发生不同程度失磁故障两个维度验证了方案的适用性。所开展的RAM系统不正常工况分析工作和所提失磁保护方案对保障核电站的安全稳定运行有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    The nuclear power plant control rod drive mechanism power supply system (RAM) is the only power supply system of that mechanism. In order to analyze abnormal working conditions of the system and solve the problem of loss of field protection mismatch, first, a simulation model of a RAM system is established based on the PSCAD simulation platform. To verify the correctness of the model, the mechanism of abnormal working conditions is analyzed, and the correctness of the analysis is verified by simulation. Secondly, the mismatch between the loss of field protection and overcurrent protection in a nuclear power plant is simulated and replicated, and the causes of the mismatch are analyzed. Finally, the logic optimization and coordination optimization of the loss of field protection are carried out. A III section loss of field protection configuration scheme is developed. The applicability of the scheme is verified from two dimensions of different degrees of excitation failure occurring at different load levels. The analysis of the developed RAM system abnormal operating conditions and the proposed loss-field protection optimization are of guiding significance to improve the safety of nuclear power plants.
