    综合需求响应(IDR)能够提升园区综合能源系统(PIES)的运行经济性、灵活性和可靠性,实现PIES供需双侧的协同效益。针对PIES实际运行中的IDR不确定性问题,提出了计及IDR不确定性的PIES优化运行模型。首先,分别建立基于消费者心理学原理的可转移电负荷和可替代负荷响应不确定性模型。然后,根据热用户温度感知模糊性和采暖建筑物热惯性,建立计及光照强度不确定性的可调节热负荷响应模型。在此基础上,以综合能源聚合商总收益最大为目标,构建计及IDR不确定性的PIES优化运行模型,并采用强化区间线性规划法进行求解。算例仿真结果表明,IDR能够有效提高系统运行经济性以及可再生能源消纳水平,并且考虑IDR不确定性能够更客观真实地反映IDR的作用效果,为PIES运行策略制定提供辅助决策。

    Abstract:

    Integrated demand response (IDR) can improve the operating economy, flexibility and reliability of a park integrated energy system (PIES), and realize the synergistic benefits of both supply and demand. Given the uncertainty of IDR in the actual operation of a PIES, an optimal operation model of the PIES considering the uncertainty of IDR is proposed. First, the uncertainty models of shiftable electric load and transferable load response based on consumer psychology principles are established. Then, according to the ambiguity of thermal user temperature perception and the thermal inertia of heating buildings, an adjustable thermal load response model considering the uncertainty of solar radiation intensity is established. An optimal operation model of the PIES considering the uncertainty of the IDR with the goal of maximizing the total revenue of the integrated energy aggregator is constructed, and is solved by the enhanced-interval linear programming method. Simulation results show that IDR can effectively improve the operating economy and renewable energy consumption of the PIES. The effect of IDR can be displayed more objectively and accurately by considering the uncertainty of IDR, and it can provide auxiliary decision-making for the formulation of a PIES operational strategy.
