    摘要:

    针对智能变电站改扩建现场调试工作量大、一次设备配合停电次数及时间明显增加的问题,提出一种智能变电站改扩建镜像调试技术。基于改扩建域划分及改扩建前后子CRC(循环冗余校验码)的一致性比对,自动识别改扩建的测试边界。通过测试边界自动识别和虚回路镜像模拟传动验证了各设备之间虚回路连接的正确性,基于制造报文规范MMS报文模型实现技改、扩建设备更换时智能变电站继电保护闭环自动测试。并基于改扩建前后心跳报文比对,确保运行间隔改扩建前后报文模型参数正确。设计了智能变电站检修改扩建镜像调试系统,以某220 kV变电站改扩建测试为例验证所提技术的有效性。

    Abstract:

    There is a large workload involved in on-site commissioning of reconstruction and expansion of a smart substation. The numbers of pieces of primary and secondary equipment have increased significantly, as has the time involved. This paper proposes a mirroring debugging technology for smart substation reconstruction and expansion, based on the division of reconstruction and expansion domains and the consistency of sub-CRCs before and after reconstruction. It can automatically identify the test boundary of the reconstruction and expansion based on the division of the reconstruction domain and a consistency comparison of the sub-CRC before and after the reconstruction. It verifies the correctness of the virtual circuit connection between devices through automatic identification of test boundaries and virtual circuit mirroring simulation transmission. Based on an MMS model, the relay protection equipment of an intelligent substation realizes closed-loop automatic test during technical transformation and replacement of reconstruction equipment. It guarantees the correctness of the message model parameters before and after the reconstruction and expansion of the operating interval by comparing the heartbeat messages before and after the reconstruction. This paper also designs a mirroring debugging system for the inspection, modification and expansion of smart substations, and takes a 220 kV substation reconstruction and expansion test as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed technology.
