    摘要:

    为研究变电站在检修或故障情况下的负载安全裕度,提出一种计及设备动态容量的变电站负载能力计算模型及负荷控制方法。首先,根据负载导则和温升限值构建变电站主设备的动态载流能力计算模型,得到设备的动态容量。其次,考虑站内和站间转供,运用最大流方法,确定变电站系统和各母线段负荷点在当前拓扑接线方式下的供电能力,进而依据当前负荷水平求出负荷安全裕度或超额负荷量。然后,依据负荷情况确定相应负荷控制方法,对不满足供电要求的情况根据负荷优先级确保供电,切除过载的负荷量以保证系统安全运行。最后,算例证明所提方法可以针对各类停运情况提出相应的负荷转供或负荷切除策略,在保证主设备安全的前提下充分挖掘变电站系统的供电能力,提升供电可靠性。

    Abstract:

    To study the load safety margin of a power substation under maintenance or fault, a calculation model of the load capacity of the substation and a load control method considering the dynamic capacity of the equipment are proposed. First, a dynamic current-carrying capacity calculation model of the main equipment of the power substation is established according to the loading guide and temperature rise limitation. This helps obtain the dynamic capacity of the equipment. Second, the power supply capacities of the substation system and each busbar load point in its recent topology connection mode are determined by adopting the maximum flow method and considering the load transfer within and between the power substations. Then the load safety margin or overload amount are determined according to the current load level. Third, the corresponding load control method is taken according to the load situation, so as to ensure the power supply relying on the load priority when the power supply requirements are not met. The excess load is removed to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the system. Finally, the case study shows that the proposed method can put forward the corresponding load transfer or load removal strategies for various outages, and fully excavate the power supply capacity of the substation system and improve the power supply reliability at the same time as ensuring the safety of the main equipment.
