    目前220 kV及以上电压等级线路二次重合闸的必要性与可行性研究尚无完善的技术路线,对于二次重合闸成功与否的影响因素缺乏深入研究,仅将其简单地归结为时间延迟的长短是不够合理的。针对这一问题,以东北电网220 kV及以上电压等级输电线路为研究对象,通过其历史故障信息、重合闸动作情况、以及手动强送结果的梳理和分析,论述了输电线路采用二次自动重合闸的必要性。然后,分析了输电线路重合闸成功与否的影响因素,解析了二次重合闸的时序动作过程。最后,设计了二次自动重合闸的重合方式、整定延时和动作逻辑,形成了较完善的二次自动重合闸方案,并进行了仿真验证。结果表明,所提出的二次自动重合闸方案对220 kV和500 kV电压等级线路具有良好的适应性。

    Abstract:

    At present, there is no perfect technical framework for the necessity and feasibility study of secondary reclosing of 220 kV and above transmission lines. There is a lack of in-depth research on influencing factors of the success of secondary reclosing, and it is unreasonable to simply attribute the influencing factor to the length of time delay. This paper takes the 220 kV and above transmission lines of the Northeast Power Grid as the research object. By analyzing historical fault information, reclosing actions and manual reclosing results, the need for the second automatic reclosing of transmission lines is demonstrated. Then factors affecting the success of the reclosing of transmission lines are investigated, and the sequential action process of the second reclosing is analyzed. Finally, a secondary automatic reclosing strategy, including the reclosing method, setting delay and action logic of the secondary automatic reclosing, is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed secondary automatic reclosing strategy has good adaptability to 220 kV and 500 kV transmission lines.
