    摘要:

    配电网断线故障频发,缺乏可靠实用的识别与定位方法。针对谐振接地系统的单相断线故障,建立故障模型。同时考虑了可能影响故障特征的各种因素,包括故障类型(断线不接地、电源侧或负荷侧单侧接地)、坠地点接地电阻、断口位置负载阻抗的分布以及系统的补偿度等。采用理论与仿真分析相结合的手段,分析地电位与中性点偏移电压的规律,并进一步得出断口前后各相电压、线电压的变化特征。结果表明,与单纯接地故障不同,其地电位分布范围较大,断口前后的线电压与三相电压差异明显。所得结论可为利用电压信号的配电网断线故障检测及定位方法研究提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    A reliable and practical identification and location method is needed for the frequent line-broken fault of a distribution network. In this paper, a fault model is established for the single-phase line-broken fault in a resonant grounded system. Factors that may affect the fault characteristics are considered, including an ungrounded fault, a disconnected fault or a power side or load side grounding fault, as well as disconnection position, load impedance, grounding resistance of the sinking point and the degree of compensation of the system. By combining theory with simulation analysis, a law of ground potential and neutral offset voltage is analyzed, and the variation characteristics of all phase voltage and line voltage before and after fracture are obtained. The results show that, different from the simple earth fault, the ground potential distribution range is larger, and the line voltage before and after the fracture is obviously different from the three-phase voltage. The conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for research on fault detection and location on a distribution network with voltage signal.
