    摘要:

    电网电压跌落时,静止无功发生器(Static Var Generator, SVG)和逆变型新能源都能够主动支撑电网电压,但存在支撑能力不足、电流越限等运行风险。根据新能源场站的实际无功配置情况,提出了一种基于静止无功发生器(Static Var Generator, SVG)与新能源发电单元的无功协调控制策略,提高了新能源场站的主动电压支撑能力。首先,研究了SVG与新能源发电单元的协调控制方法,在并网点(Point of Common Coupling, PCC)不平衡电压跌落场景下,实现了并网点电压支撑、电压不平衡度提升、电流限幅等多控制目标。接着,提出了电压跌落场景的分类方法,并在每个具体场景下优化主动电压协调控制方法。最后,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,验证了该方法的有效性。相比于传统方法中仅依靠新能源装置实现电压支撑,提出的协调控制方法能有效地解决严重电压跌落情况下单个新能源发电单元支撑能力不足的问题,为新能源场站的电压支撑方法提供了新的思路。

    Abstract:

    During voltage sags, both the Static Var Generator (SVG) and inverter-interfaced renewable generation can provide active support for grid voltage, while the risks of insufficient support capacity and overcurrent still exist. Given an actual renewable generation farm configuration, a new coordinative control method for the SVG and renewable generation is proposed to actively improve the voltage level at the Point of Common Coupling (PCC). First, a coordinative control algorithm is developed to achieve multiple control objectives, in terms of voltage support, voltage imbalance improvement and fault current limitation, during the unbalanced voltage sags. Then, a voltage sag scenario classification algorithm is developed. In each identified scenario, the developed coordinative control algorithm between the SVG and renewable generation is optimized to obtain the promised performance in this scenario. Finally, the proposed method applies Matlab/Simulink to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the method. Compared with the conventional voltage support method which only relies on renewable generation, the proposed method shows a clear improvement on voltage support ability, especially in the circumstance of severe voltage sag.
