    摘要:

    针对永磁同步电机的传统滑模观测器控制中存在估算误差和高频纹波等问题,提出了采用扩展卡尔曼滤波和滑模观测器相结合的方式代替传统滑模观测器的方法。首先,根据永磁同步电机的滑模观测器的数学模型计算定子电流估计值与实际值的误差和反电动势。然后,根据电机EKF状态方程计算输出量,实现参数在线调整,减少参数估算误差,来提高系统的稳态效果和动态性能。最后,搭建了仿真和硬件实验平台进行验证。实验结果表明,改进的滑模观测器控制减少了系统抖动,当调压器改变电压参数时,系统扰动干扰降低了70%,使得永磁同步电机具有更好的可靠性和跟踪性能。

    Abstract:

    Estimation error and high frequency ripple in the traditional sliding-mode observer control of a PMSM are problems for which this paper proposes a method of combining the extended Kalman filter with an improved sliding mode observer to replace the traditional one. First, the error between the estimated stator current and the actual value and the back-EMF are calculated according to the mathematical model of the sliding mode observer of PMSM. Then, the output variables are calculated according to the EKF state equation of the motor, which realizes on-line parameter adjustment and reduces parameter estimation errors, thereby improving steady-state and dynamic performance of the system. Finally, a simulation and hardware experimental platform are built to verify the proposed method. The results show that the optimized sliding mode observer control reduces the chattering of the system. System disturbance is reduced by 70% when the voltage parameters of the regulator are changed, and the method enables the PMSM to have better reliability and tracking performance.
