    大规模可再生能源集中接入和电力汇聚外送是我国送端电力系统的重要特征之一。针对这一特征,研究了由多个相对独立的子系统构成的含大规模可再生能源集中接入的区域送端电力系统的日前优化调度问题。基于目标级联方法构建了区域送端电力系统的两级优化调度模型,上级调度解决各独立子系统联络线有功功率的协调优化问题;而下级调度则为各子系统相对独立的日前发电计划子优化问题。在下级调度中,根据各子系统的特点,以运行成本最小和外送功率偏差最小为优化目标,综合考虑直流汇聚外送、转运等约束。通过算例分析,验证了方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Large-scale centralized integration of renewable energy and clustering power transmission is one of the important characteristics of sending-end power system in China. Given this feature, the day-ahead optimal scheduling problem of a regional sending-end power system with large-scale renewable energy integration is studied. The system is composed of several relatively independent subsystems. Based on the analytical target cascading method, a two-level optimal scheduling model for the regional sending-end power system is constructed. The upper-level scheduling solves the coordinated optimization problem for the tie-line active power flow of each independent subsystem; the lower-level scheduling is the relatively independent day-ahead optimal dispatching for each subsystem. From the characteristics of each subsystem, the minimum operating cost and the minimum deviation of the power transmission are the optimization objective functions, and the constraints of DC clustering transmission and wheeling are comprehensively considered in the lower-level scheduling. Through the analysis of an example, the effectiveness of the method is verified.
