    摘要:

    如何选择一个综合性能最优的故障诊断方法,以明显提升电网故障诊断的准确性,进而提升系统运行的安全性,是一个非常有意义的课题。针对该问题,提出了故障诊断方法诊断性能的综合评估方法。首先介绍了4种主要的故障诊断方法的基本过程。然后提出了衡量故障诊断方法诊断能力的指标体系。进而,基于指标占优度和Choquet积分方法计算故障诊断方法基于指标体系的综合占优度而得到不同故障诊断方法的排序。该排序方法无需假定指标间必须是独立的,基于指标值和两两方案间的占优关系而巧妙地考虑了指标间的关联关系,成功地实现了各方法更为可信的统一比较。算例证明该方法的有效性和正确性。

    Abstract:

    How to choose an appropriate fault diagnosis method with optimal comprehensive performance is a very meaningful question, which, if answered, could significantly raise the accuracy of fault diagnosis and therefore enhance the security of a power system. To help answer the question, an index system and evaluation method based on diagnostic performance of different fault diagnosis methods are proposed. First, the basic processes of four main fault diagnosis methods are introduced. Then, a quantitative index system of diagnostic performance is put forward. Overall dominance degrees and scores of fault diagnosis methods based on the quantitative index system can be calculated with index dominance degrees and Choquet integration. Without the assumptions that the indices are independent, the method considers the relationship between indices based on the index values of fault diagnosis models and dominant relationships between two schemes, and thus successfully achieves a more credible unified comparison among various methods. The examples show the effectiveness and correctness of the index system and evaluation method.
