    摘要:

    为了解决传统变电站在规划中出现的投资浪费、设备利用率低等问题,构建了变电站选址定容的全生命周期成本模型。根据分布式电源置信容量评估方法和变电站容量,基于加权Voronoi图的传统变电站规划方法,提出了分布式电源大规模接入变电站的优化规划方法。通过算例对所提方法的科学性和实用性进行验证。实验证明:所提方法可以有效地降低电网的规划容量,提高电网精细化水平,具有较好的实用性。

    Abstract:

    There can be problems of waste of investment and low equipment utilization in traditional substation planning. To help solve these problems a full life cycle cost model for substation location and capacity is constructed. We take the confidence capacity evaluation method of distributed power sources and the capacity of substations, and the traditional substation planning method based on the weighted Voronoi diagram. From this we develop an optimized planning method for large-scale access of distributed power sources to substations. The validity and practicability of the proposed method are verified by calculation examples. Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the planned capacity of the power grid, improve the level of refinement of the power grid, and has good practicability.
