    摘要:

    串联电容补偿(即串补)设备应用到高压输电系统时增加了电流差动保护误动/拒动的可能性。针对于此,梳理了传统电流差动保护原理、构成及传统制动特性的不足之处。分析了串补设备对传统电流差动保护的影响,并提出了一种基于幅相特性的保护判据。该判据利用串补输电线路两端电流(或故障分量电流)的相角差及最小幅值比构成电流幅相平面,通过对四个故障区域电流幅值及相位的分析,制定电流差动保护的电流构成。进一步形成电流差动保护判据。仿真考虑了串补设备、过渡电阻、电容电流等对保护动作的影响,仿真结果验证了保护的有效性。

    Abstract:

    When series capacitor compensation (that is the series compensation) equipment is applied to a high-voltage transmission line, it increases the possibility of maloperation or a miss trip of current differential protection. This paper summarizes the principle and constitution of traditional current differential protection, and the deficiency of traditional braking characteristics. The effect of series compensation equipment on traditional current differential protection is analyzed, and this paper puts forward a protection criterion based on amplitude and phase characteristics. This criterion makes use of the phase angle difference and the minimum amplitude ratio of the terminal current (or fault component current) of a transmission line with its series complement to form the current amplitude and phase plane, and through the analysis of the four stages of the current reverse region caused by the series complement equipment, the current composition of the current differential protection is formulated. Then the current differential protection criterion is further formed. The effects of series compensation equipment, transition resistance, and capacitive current are considered in the simulation. The simulations verify the effectiveness of the protection.
