    随着风电渗透率的不断增大,风电的不确定性给电力系统安全稳定运行带来了严重影响。含风电电力系统无功优化调度为非线性混合整数规划问题,在满足多个约束的同时,确定了电力系统无功控制参数的最优值,以优化特定的目标函数。建立了计及风电与负荷不确定性的电力系统多目标无功随机优化调度模型,设置了两个目标函数:有功功率损耗最小化、电压稳定指标最小化。采用ε约束优化方法求解多目标优化模型,利用模糊满意度方法选择最优折衷解。设计了两种不同案例在IEEE-57节点系统上进行仿真。仿真结果表明所提模型及方法可有效解决含风电电力系统无功优化调度问题,显著降低有功损耗,提高系统电压稳定性。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing penetration of wind power, its uncertainty has occasioned a serious impact on the safe and stable operation of a power system. Reactive power optimal dispatch of a wind power system is a nonlinear mixed integer programming problem. While satisfying multiple constraints, the optimal value of reactive power control parameters is determined to optimize a specific objective function. A multi-objective reactive power stochastic optimal dispatching model for a power system considering wind power and load uncertainties is established. Two objective functions, i.e. active power loss minimization and voltage stability index minimization, are set up. The multi-objective optimization model is solved by the method of ε-constrained optimization, and the optimal compromise solution is selected by the method of fuzzy satisfaction degree. Two different cases are designed for simulation on the IEEE-57 bus system. The simulation results show that the proposed model and method can effectively solve the reactive power optimal dispatching problem of a power system with wind power, significantly reduce the active power loss and improve the system voltage stability.
