    摘要:

    为妥善处理混合直流输电系统的故障隔离问题,提出了一种基于限流器和直流断路器协调的故障隔离方法。阐述了限流器和直流断路器的结构与建模思路,设计了两者的时序协调方案。考虑限流器动作和断路器分断各暂态阶段,建立了混合直流输电系统的故障等效电路,理论推导了系统峰值电流、耗散能量和故障清除时间的数学关系。利用PSCAD/EMTDC平台,搭建了320 kV混合直流输电仿真测试系统。仿真比较了不同限流电阻、主断路器延时及故障深度下系统的暂态性能。仿真结果验证了所提方法在抑制短路电流、加速故障隔离与降低断路器耗散能量等方面的积极效应,肯定了其应用于混合直流输电系统的有效性和适应性。

    Abstract:

    In order to properly handle the problem of fault isolation in the hybrid High Voltage DC (HVDC) transmission system, a fault isolation method based on the coordination of a Fault Current Limiter (FCL) and a DC Circuit Breaker (DCB) is proposed. The structure and modeling of FCL and DCB are expounded, and the timing coordination scheme of the two devices is designed. Considering the transient stages of the FCL action and the DCB operating, the fault equivalent circuit of the hybrid DC transmission system is built, and the mathematical equations of the peak current, dissipated energy and fault clearance time are theoretically derived. Using a PSCAD/EMTDC platform, a 320 kV class hybrid HVDC transmission test system is built. Different current limiting resistances, main breaker delays and fault severities are simulated, and the transient behaviors of the system are compared. The simulation results verify the positive effects of the proposed method on inhibiting the short-circuit current, speeding up fault isolation, and reducing the dissipated energy in the DCB. The effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed method in the hybrid HVDC transmission system are confirmed.
