    摘要:

    针对柔性直流输电联接变三重化保护方案及提高整组动作时间的要求,研究了联接变保护设计、三取二装置设计。为了提高三取二装置的可靠性,装置采用双CPU“与”出口方式,杜绝单一器件或者单一回路的损坏引起的误动。与常规保护相比,三重化保护系统中增加了“三取二”装置,引起了保护整组动作时间变慢。为了提高保护的整组动作时间,采用了联接变差动保护综合优化技术、三取二装置GOOSE组播过滤、网络风暴功能与GOOSE 的接收、逻辑运算并行处理技术、启动继电器与出口继电器异步启动技术。基于上述设计,研制的联接变保护装置性能满足GB/T-14285 标准和柔性直流输电的要求。

    Abstract:

    The designs of the connecting transformer protection and two-out-of-three devices are studied for the triple protection scheme of an SVC-HVDC connected transformer and the requirement of enhancing group action time. In order to improve the reliability of the two-out-of-three device, the device adopts the dual CPU "and" export mode to eliminate a malfunction caused by the damage of a single device or a single circuit. Compared with conventional protection, triple protection system adds this two-out-of-three device, which causes the group action time of connecting transformer protection to be slow. In order to improve group action time, the technology of integrated optimization of differential protection, GOOSE multicast filtering of two-out-of-three devices, network storm function and GOOSE reception, parallel processing of logic operation, asynchronous start-up of start-up relay and outlet relay are adopted. Based on the above design, the performance of the transformer protection device meets the requirements of the GB/T-14285 standard and SVC-HVDC.
