    摘要:

    就地化保护试点应用已全面开展。结合湖南就地化保护试点,介绍和分析了目前就地化保护组网方案、信息上传方案及就地化端子箱等的现场应用情况及存在问题。以此为基础,提出了一种变电站二次系统就地化整体设计方案。重点探讨了就地化跨间隔保护配置、安稳装置及站域保护实现方案、电压并列及切换解决方案、就地汇控柜标准化、就地化测控方案等关键问题。该研究对就地化保护后续大规模推广应用有一定的借鉴和参考意义。

    Abstract:

    The trial application of outdoor installation protection has been well developed. Combined withthe trial application of outdoor installation protection in Hunan province, not only network and protection information transmission scheme of outdoor installation protection but also the site-applying and problems of outdoor terminal box are analyzed. An integrated design of intelligent substation secondary system outdoor installation is proposed. The configuration of interval-spanning protection, implementation schemes of security & stability control device and substation area protection, solution of voltage parallel and voltage switch, standard design of outdoor control cabinet, scheme of outdoor installation measurement and control device are discussed in particular, which has a certain reference value for the widespread extension and application of subsequent outdoor installation protection.
