    为了解决风电并网系统在频率波动时缺乏足够的频率支撑能力这一问题,在风电机组主控引入虚拟同步发电机(VSG)算法,采用储能型静止同步补偿器(STATCOM/BESS)为风电机组的旋转动能提供能量来源以强化系统的虚拟惯性。根据频率偏差与频率变化率,在考虑蓄电池(BESS)荷电状态的情况下,调整STATCOM/BESS工作模式,以实现虚拟转动惯量的自适应变化。通过对风机VSG构造的小信号模型进行分析,确定了虚拟转动惯量的整定原则,进一步给出了BESS容量配置的合理范围,并结合经济性说明BESS容量配置的优化方法。利用PSCAD/ EMTDC得到的仿真结果表明,所提的方法能有效改善频率的动态响应,提高风电并网系统的频率支撑能力。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem that the wind power grid-connected system lacks sufficient frequency support during frequency fluctuation, the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) algorithm is introduced in the wind turbine main control, and the energy storage type static synchronous compensator (STATCOM/BESS) is used for the rotation of the wind turbine to enhance the virtual inertia of the system. According to the frequency deviation and frequency change rate, the STATCOM/BESS working mode is adjusted to obtain adaptive virtual inertia considering the state of charge of the battery (BESS). Through the analysis of the small signal model of the wind turbine-VSG, the setting principle of the virtual inertia is determined, the reasonable range of BESS capacity allocation is further given, and the BESS capacity configuration combined with economic description is optimized. Simulation results obtained by PACSD/EMTDC show that the proposed method can effectively improve the dynamic response of frequency and enhance the frequency support of wind power grid-connected systems.
