    摘要:

    为了实时监测特高压并联补偿电容器组的工作状态,研制一种新型的可用于监测单台电容器或单元电容器组的运行电流(在高压等电位条件下)的智能终端。其具体功能包括:基波电流监测、谐波电流含量检测、暂态电流波形记录与存储和无线通信功能。详细阐述其技术方案和工作原理,阐明了其功能配置、设计方法和具体电路。深入分析所涉及的关键技术难点,重点论述含蓄电池的电源管理方法、特制测量CT的特殊设计、录波启动判据和录波功能的实现方法。进行实验室实验和第三方测试,验证其功能并检验其抗干扰能力,整机测试结果表明,该终端的功能及性能均达到实际应用要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to monitor the state of UHV Shunt Compensating Capacitor Bank (UHV-SCCB), a newly developed intelligent terminal which can be used for monitoring the current of a single capacitor or a capacitor group unit (under the condition of HV equipotential) is developed. Its specific functions include:fundamental current monitoring, harmonic current content detection, waveform of transient current recording and storage, and wireless communication. The terminal’s technical scheme and working principle are discussed in detail. The terminal’s functional configurations, design procedures and specific circuits are illuminated as well. Furthermore, the relevant key technical difficulties are analyzed deeply. Particularly, management process of power (storage battery included), the special design of specialized measuring CT, criterion of starting recording waveform, and method of implementing waveform recording are focused on. Laboratory experiments and third-party tests are conducted to verify the function realization and the ability of anti-interference. The test result of whole machine shows that the terminal’s functionality and performance can meet the requirements of practical application.
