    摘要:

    在配电网中,自动化馈线终端设备安装分散、数量较多,对其位置与数量进行优化配置有利于缩短配电网故障时的故障定位、隔离与修复时间,从而提高配电网的供电可靠性。提出一种基于配电网故障可观测性的FTU混合配置方法。该方法在未经自动化改造的配电网结构基础上,对在开关处配置“二遥”FTU、“三遥”FTU或不进行FTU配置进行了优化分析。首先给出了配电网故障可观测率的定义,在此基础上提出一种以供电可靠性与经济性为约束条件,以故障可观测率最大为目标的配电网FTU优化配置模型。针对模型的特点,采用遗传算法进行求解,得到了配电网FTU混合配置的最优方案。通过在RBTS-BUS4配电网算例上进行测试,验证了所提方法的合理性与有效性。

    Abstract:

    In the distribution network, the installation of automated feeder terminal equipment is scattered and the number is large. Optimizing the configuration of its location and quantity is beneficial to shortening the fault location, isolation and repair time when the distribution network is faulty, thereby improving the power supply reliability of the distribution network. In this paper, a FTU hybrid configuration method based on fault visibility of distribution network is proposed. That is to say, on the basis of the distribution network structure without automation, this method optimizes the configuration of monitoring terminal unit, controlling terminal unit or no FTU configuration at the switch. Firstly, the definition of the fault observability of the distribution network is given. On this basis, a distribution network FTU optimal configuration model with the constraint of power supply reliability and economy and the objective of maximum observable fault rate is proposed. According to the characteristics of the model, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the optimal scheme of FTU hybrid configuration of distribution network is obtained. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by testing on the RBTS-BUS4 distribution network.
