    工业园区内部负荷需求复杂,且普遍存在能源结构不合理、能源利用率低等问题。因此,采用风、光、燃、储等多种形式的能源对工业园区进行综合供能,并实现其容量的优化配置成为急需研究的问题。提出一种考虑储能并网运营模式的工业园区风光燃储优化配置方法。首先,介绍了并网情况下储能的不同运营模式,并分析了不同运营模式下储能的充放电策略以及容量确定原则。然后,以综合供能系统年均成本最小为优化目标,构建风光燃储优化配置的数学模型,并采用粒子群算法对该模型进行求解。最后,通过算例进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明相较于单一的燃机三联供系统,所提出的方法得到的配置方案经济性更优。

    Abstract:

    Industrial parks’ load demands are complex, and there are common problems like unreasonable energy structure and low energy utilization rate. Therefore, it’s urgent to study how to use wind, photovoltaic, gas turbine and energy storage to provide energy together for industrial parks, and how to optimize their capacity allocation. A method for optimal allocation of wind, photovoltaic, gas turbine and energy storage in industrial parks is proposed. Firstly, energy storage’s different operating modes in grid-connected situation are introduced, its charging/discharging strategies and capacity determination principles under different modes are analyzed as well. Then, taking the system’s minimum annual cost as an optimization objective, the mathematical model of the optimal allocation of wind, photovoltaic, gas turbine and energy storage is established, and it’s solved by particle swarm optimization. Finally, it is simulated and verified through case study. Simulation results show that compared with a CCHP system powered by gas turbine alone, the configuration scheme calculated by the proposed method is more economical.
