    摘要:

    电动汽车由于其节能减排的特点而呈现快速发展趋势。作为电动汽车的重要支撑,充电服务网的规划布局与运营模式决定了电动汽车的发展前景。首先,基于充电服务网基本元素及发展形态的研究,总结了多因素影响下的电动汽车集群规模推演与充电负荷预测方法。其次,进行充电服务网与配电网、交通网的耦合关系分析,建立三网融合下的综合评价指标体系,评估三网匹配程度。对充电基础设施规划方法的发展进行了系统阐述,提出了三网协同规划研究方法。分析了充电服务网价格机制及运营策略,提出了多重因素影响的充电服务费制定策略。最后,概述了在泛在电力物联背景下充电服务网的新型业务形态。

    Abstract:

    Electric vehicles present a fast-growing trend due to their outstanding energy conservation and emission reduction characteristics. As significant support for electric vehicles, the actual planning and operation of the charging service network determine the advancement prospects of electric vehicles. Firstly, in light of the elements and development formation of the charging service network, electric vehicle clusters’ scale evolution method and charging demand forecasting under the influence of multiple factors are highlighted. Secondly, the coupled relationship among the charging service, power distribution, and transportation network is analyzed. A comprehensive evaluation system under the integration of three networks is established to evaluate the performance of the coupled networks. The development of the charging infrastructure planning method is systematically portrayed, and collaborative network planning method of charging service as well as power and transportation networks is proposed. In addition, the price mechanism and operation strategy of the charging service network is analyzed; the charging service price formulation strategy affected by multiple factors is suggested. Finally, the new business model of charging service network based on technologies such as the ubiquitous power Internet of Things (IoT) is addressed.
