Optimization of low-frequency load shedding scheme considering the influence of power flow transferring on the power system

    摘要:

    综合考虑所切负荷的重要程度、频率调节特性与布点位置对低频减载方案整体效果的影响,结合系统待优化轮次减负荷量的要求和装置的动作特点,提出了一种考虑潮流转移对系统影响的低频减载方案优化方法。以停电损失最小化、所切负荷的单位调节功率最小化和潮流转移熵最大化为优化目标,综合考虑各种约束条件,采用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)求解出Pareto最优解集。然后通过灰色关联分析模型对其进行多属性决策,以确定出最科学合理的低频减载方案。最后,采用新英格兰10机39节点系统算例验证了所提优化方法的合理性与有效性。

    Abstract:

    Considering the importance, the frequency adjustment characteristic and the position of the load cut off on the overall effect of the low-frequency load shedding scheme, combined with the load shedding requirements of the cycle to be optimized and the action characteristics of devices in the system, an optimization method of low-frequency load shedding scheme considering the influence of power flow transferring on the power system is proposed. The optimization goals are designed to minimize power loss, minimize the unit power regulation of load cut off and maximize the flow transfer entropy, considering all kinds of the constraints, the Pareto optimal solution set is solved by using the fast and elitist Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II). Then multiple attribute decision-making should be made for it through the gray relational analysis model to determine the most scientific and reasonable low-frequency load shedding scheme. Finally, the rationality and validity of the proposed method are demonstrated by an example of the New England 10-machine 39-node system.
