    摘要:

    统一潮流控制器(UPFC)能灵活调节电网潮流,是能源互联网的重要设备。提出了一种模块化多电平换流器与固态限流器相结合的模块化限流式统一潮流控制器的拓扑结构。首先分析该拓扑结构的工作机理,推导出系统的数学模型。提出一种改进型最近电平调制策略,能有效提高交流输出电压的波形质量。根据数学模型提出了MMC-UPFC的串并联侧的控制策略。同时,提出了交流系统故障时,限流器的控制策略。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC平台建模仿真验证所提拓扑结构、调制策略及控制策略的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) is an essential device of the energy internet due to its flexible regulating ability on power flow. This paper proposes a topology of a Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC) based UPFC combined with a Solid State Fault Current Limiter (SSFCL). Firstly, working mechanism and mathematical model of the topology are analyzed. Secondly, a modified Nearest Level Modulation (NLM) which can effectively improve the waveform quality of output voltages is proposed. Thirdly, control strategies of the shunt and series sides of MMC-UPFC are proposed based on mathematical model. And then, the control strategy of the SSFCL is proposed when the AC fault occurs. Finally, the effectiveness of topology, modulation method and control strategies are verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation models.
