    摘要:

    针对智能变电站二次设备故障机理复杂、通过单一指标难以有效评估设备潜在隐患的问题,根据装置内部可观测参数,提出一种基于变权理论与梯形云模型的二次设备整体性能模糊综合评判方法。全面建立包含继电保护装置中间节点信息的二次设备状态评估指标体系,结合层次分析法(AHP)和变权理论实现各状态指标权重的实时调整。通过云理论的数字特征处理状态参量出现的模糊性和随机性,能够对评估指标状态特征和性能进行有效关联。实例分析表明该方法简单易行,可为智能变电站二次设备和系统的状态检修工作提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Failure mechanisms of secondary equipment in intelligent substation are complex, and single indicator does not provide sufficient information to predict potential failures of secondary equipment. Focusing on these problems, a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of secondary equipment is proposed based on variable weight theory and trapezoidal cloud model. According to the observed internal parameters of devices, a state assessment indicators system of secondary equipment including the intermediate node information in relay protection device is established. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and variable weight theory are combined to adjust variable weights of assessment indicators in real time. The eigenvalues of trapezoidal cloud model are used to describe the fuzziness and randomness of the state parameters. The characteristics and variation rule of assessment indicators are associated effectively. Case study shows that the proposed assessment model is feasible and effective, the theoretical basis is provided for condition-based maintenance of secondary equipment and relay protection system in intelligent substation.
