    摘要:

    针对目前配电网中模糊综合评价法存在评价结果单一、忽略配电网指标数据的随机性和模糊性,提出了一种基于合作博弈法和梯形云模型的配电网模糊综合评价方法。该方法首先建立配电网综合评价指标体系,然后采用合作博弈法得到各指标的常权重。再利用变权公式进行常权重的修正,在模糊综合评价的基础上,利用梯形云模型代替隶属度函数,实现对配电网的综合评价。最后以某城市配电网为算例,分析评价结果,该算例表明此方法对配电网进行综合评价是可行的。

    Abstract:

    Because the present Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) of distribution network has the characteristics of single evaluation, ignoring the randomness and fuzziness of the index data of the distribution network, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of distribution network based on cooperative game theory and trapezoidal cloud model is proposed. The method firstly establishes comprehensive evaluation index system for distribution network. Then it gets the index of constant weight by means of cooperative game method, corrects the constant weight by variable weight formula, and on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the trapezium cloud model instead of membership function, realizes the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network. Finally, taking a city distribution network as an example, the evaluation results are analyzed and the results show that this method is feasible for the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network.
