    摘要:

    针对电力系统状态估计的可信度问题和执行效率问题,提出了一种状态估计新方法。在该方法中,求取的状态估计结果不再按照设定的估计准则求得的唯一“最优解”或“次优解”,而是包含若干个可行解(即电力系统状态)的解集。根据可信度已知的求解约束条件求取可信状态集合,解决了电力系统状态估计可信度的问题。将该算法应用在最优潮流模型中,IEEE-118节点测试系统算例表明,该算法能够确保节点电压安全,计算效率较高,且具有较好的经济性。

    Abstract:

    A new method is proposed to solve the reliability of power system state estimation problem and the execution efficiency problem. In this method, the state estimation result is no longer computed by estimation criterion to obtain the only "optimal" or "suboptimal solution", but contains a result set of several feasible solutions (that is, the power system state). According to the known reliability of the solution, the trusted state set is obtained, and the reliability of power system state estimation is solved. As a result, the computational efficiency is improved and the time of state estimation is reduced effectively. Applying the algorithm to optimal power flow model, the IEEE-118 node test system example shows that the algorithm can ensure the security of the node voltage, has high computational efficiency, moreover, it is cost-efficient.
