    摘要:

    为了有效提高牵引网的供电可靠性和持续性,针对现有高速铁路牵引变电所继电保护系统所存在的不足,提出了一种全并联AT牵引网状态测控系统方案。通过阐述其基本原理和系统构成,利用故障潮流符号值法,给出了各种类型牵引网短路时的故障判断方法。结合牵引网分段供电,对一实际工程算例进行了Matlab/Simulink建模和仿真分析。结果表明,该模型能够实现故障切除与恢复供电,达到了缩小停电范围和提高牵引网供电可靠性的目的,验证了该方案的正确性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve power supply reliability and continuity of traction network effectively, for the lack of relay protection system in traction substation of the existing high-speed railway, a scheme of measure and control system for state of all-parallel AT traction network is proposed. Through expounding its basic principles and system structure, using fault current symbol value, the methods judging the failure of traction network occurring various types of short-circuit are given, combined with power supply of traction network segmentation, a Matlab/Simulink simulation model is built and analyzed for an practical engineering example. The results show that the model can realize the fault removal and service restoration, reduce the range of power failure and reach the purpose of improving power supply reliability of traction network, which verify the correctness and effectiveness of the scheme.
