There are many inadequacies in current security stability control management system (SSCMS) with the rapid development of intelligent substation and smart dispatch system. A new generation of SSCMS is developed based on the uniform application support platform. The hardware structure of SSCMS is analyzed and the hierarchical modular software architecture of SSCMS is designed. The database schema is proposed to support EMS/SSCMS integrated operation. The integrated modeling and integrated data displaying are implemented. The functions such as unified access of stability control device, remote control, visualization display, strategy of early warning and intelligent alarm are expounded. The system developed has been successfully applied in the multiple grid. It provides technical support for the operation management and fault handling of stability control system.
