    摘要:

    在基于南方电网一体化运行智能系统的变电站一体化监控系统平台上,设计和实现了一套完整的变电站二次模拟仿真系统。对系统方案进行了详细设计,阐述了仿真系统主要技术特点,同时介绍了系统实现和应用的情况。仿真系统能模拟仿真多个变电站,不需要继电保护等二次设备即可灵活高效地执行各种静态试验、动态试验和雪崩试验等多种仿真试验。仿真系统与变电站数据完全耦合,可应用于培训、调试及事故重演和主站测评,实现成本低。

    Abstract:

    On the platform of substation integrated supervision and control system based on operation smart system of China Southern Power Grid, a complete substation secondary simulation system is designed and realized. The scheme of system is designed in detail, and the main technique characteristics of simulation system are elaborated, and the realization and application of system is introduced. The simulation system can simulate a lot of substations, and can execute many simulation tests flexibly and efficiently including all kinds of static tests, dynamic test and avalanche test, etc., without relay protection. The simulation system’s data is fully coupled with substation. It can be applied for training, debugging and repeated accidents and master assessment with low implementation cost.
