    摘要:

    高压输电线上的继电保护功能的实现与通信通道可靠性紧密相关。以求解继电保护光纤通道可靠性为目标,以SDH为节点,光纤为边,两者可靠性为权集,构建光纤保护通道的加权无向图。从电网实际的数据资料出发,基于图论思想按最贴近实际数据格式的方式进行编码,并基于编码开发了基于逻辑“或”和“异或”的继电保护通信通道及业务可靠性评估算法。以华中某18节点、5回线路、19条通道的局部环网进行了实例计算。结果表明所提出的编码方式和算法模型具有很好的适应性和可操作性,可以为电网进行保护通道检修工作和优化配置提供决策参考。

    Abstract:

    To solve the reliability assessment problem of protection channel caused by elements multiplexing. The paper builds a weighted-undirected graph of fiber protection channels, whose nodes measurement is SDH reliability and reliability of fiber optical as edge weights. It starts from the information provided by the actual grid, encodes the data according to the most close to the actual data format, and develops an algorithm for channel and service reliability assessment based on logical "or" and "exclusive or". The result is verified in a 18-node and 19-channel network in central China Grid, showing that the proposed encoding method and model have good practicability and operability, which can offer grid reference to network optimization, scientific channels arrangement and the maintenance of the protection channel.
