Abstract:Since the speed synchronous wind power system does not contain the converters, its power reliability is relatively strong, however, the speed regulating device now used for the synchronous wind generator has some other problems, such as the limited speed range, high cost for operating and maintaining, etc. Therefore, based on the brushless double rotor motor, a new brushless speed regulating device is proposed, which is proved to be practicable through theories and experiments. After analyzing the mathematical model of speed regulation device detailedly, this paper proposes a control strategy of speed regulation device based on rotor field oriented control method, then builds simulation models in the Matlab/Simulink software platform which proves the correctness of this control strategy.
