摘要:
非隔离型DC/DC变换器在电网互联时面临稳定性不强、电能质量差及故障处理弱等问题。分析了一种单相运行且具有双向直流故障闭锁能力的双极Π型模块化多电平DC/DC变换器(modular multilevel DC/DC converter, DC-MMC)拓扑结构和故障闭锁原理,设计了基于单相dq解耦的双闭环PI控制策略,实现了变换器桥臂直流分量、系统环流及桥臂间功率平衡控制。但适用于DC-MMC的模型预测控制存在控制复杂、计算量大及响应慢等问题,针对变换器结构的强耦合特性,提出一种基于分步寻优原理的改进模型预测控制策略以提高变换器稳态和暂态性能。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建仿真模型验证了所提控制策略的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:
Non-isolated DC/DC converters face challenges such as weak stability, poor power quality, and limited fault handling capability in grid interconnection. This paper analyzes the topology and fault blocking principle of a bipolar Π-type DC/DC converter (DC-MMC) with single-phase operation and bi-directional DC fault blocking capability. A double-closed-loop PI control strategy is designed based on single-phase dq decoupling to control the DC component of the bridge arm, the system circulating current, and the power balance between the bridge arms in the converter. However, model predictive controls applicable to DC-MMC often have the problems of complex control, large computation and slow response, etc. Aiming at the strong coupling characteristics of the converter structure, an improved model predictive control strategy based on the principle of step-by-step optimization is proposed to improve the steady-state and transient performance of the converter. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified using a simulation model built in MATLAB/Simulink.
