摘要:
科学、合理的能源站规划方案综合评价方法,对于新型能源体系的规划建设与发展具有重要意义。针对现有评价方法未综合考虑能效-能质-碳效,且评价指标体系中存在同向性指标的问题,首先,提出基于专家信任传播关系的评价指标筛选方法。然后,基于能源站的基本特征,建立了计及能效、能质、碳效、安全、灵活和经济社会效益的能源站规划/运行综合评价体系,提出了基于标准间冲突性相关性-多准则妥协解排序(criteria importance through intercriteria correlation-vlsekriterijumska optimizacija I kompromisno resenje, CRITIC-VIKOR)法的能源站规划方案综合评价方法。最后,通过算例验证了所提方法可以量化评估能源站的规划/运行综合效益,明确给出不同方案的排序,并检验了该方法的适用性和稳定性。

Abstract:
A comprehensive evaluation method for scientifically and rationally planning energy stations is of great significance for the construction and development of new energy systems. Given that existing evaluation methods do not fully integrate energy efficiency, energy quality, and carbon efficiency, and that there are issues with unidirectional indicators in the evaluation index system, this paper first proposes an indicator screening method based on expert trust propagation relationships. Then, considering the basic characteristics of energy stations, a comprehensive evaluation system for energy station planning and operation is established, incorporating energy efficiency, energy quality, carbon efficiency, safety, flexibility, and socio-economic benefits. This paper also introduces a comprehensive evaluation method for energy station planning schemes based on the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation-vlsekriterijumska optimizacija I kompromisno resenje (CRITIC-VIKOR) method. Finally, through case studies, the proposed method is validated as capable of quantifying and assessing the comprehensive benefits of energy station planning and operation, clearly ranking different schemes, and testing the method’s applicability and stability.
