摘要:
为缓解风电自身有功调节能力差的问题,提出一种用于提升风电场有功调节能力的风储系统多时间尺度运行策略。首先,为减少储能充放电状态转换次数,将储能单元划分为充、放电组,分别承担充、放电需求,根据储能单元荷电状态,采用储能单元动态分组机制更新充、放电组中的储能单元。其次,基于模型预测控制方法构建风储系统多时间尺度运行模型,用于提升风电场不同时间尺度的有功调节能力。提出储能单元功率分配策略,精细化管理储能单元有序动作,优化储能出力在各单元间的功率分配。最后以新疆某风电场构建算例,结果表明,所提策略能有效提升风储系统有功调节能力并减少储能充放电状态转换次数。

Abstract:
To alleviate the problem of poor active regulation of wind power itself, this paper proposes a multi-timescale operation strategy for wind storage systems to enhance the active regulation capacity of wind farms. First, in order to reduce the number of energy storage charge and discharge state transitions, the energy storage units are divided into charge and discharge groups to undertake the charging and discharging needs respectively. Then from the state of charge of the energy storage units, a dynamic grouping mechanism is used to update the energy storage units in the charge and discharge groups. Second, a multi-timescale operation model for wind storage systems is constructed based on the model predictive control method. This is used to enhance the active regulation capability of wind farms over different timescales. A power allocation strategy is proposed for energy storage units to refine the management of the orderly action of energy storage units and to optimize the power allocation of energy storage output among the units. Finally, a wind farm in Xinjiang is used as an example. The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the active regulation capacity of the wind storage system and reduce the number of energy storage charge and discharge state transitions.
