基于区域互联的能源零售市场双边竞价出清策略

摘要:
随着综合能源系统与多能源市场的发展,通过市场交易实现能源优化分配已成为研究热点。当前区域间能源互联成为趋势,多区域的能源传输与交易得以实现。以分布式能源站及多能用户为市场参与主体进行研究,首先研究互联分布式能源站的运行原理与连接方式,并建立机理模型,引入用户竞价策略,构建互联区域能源零售市场框架。其次,对比独立或互联区域内双边竞价市场交易机制差异,提出以各区域总社会剩余最大化为目标的互联区域能源零售市场出清策略。最后,以某区域综合能源系统为例对冬季典型日的市场出清与区域间能源传输结果进行量化分析,验证了所提方法可在各个市场出清时刻实现多区域资源优化分配,提升区域总社会剩余。

Energy retail market double auction clearing strategy for interconnected regions

Abstract:
With the development of integrated energy systems and energy markets, the realization of optimal energy allocation through market transactions has become a current research hotspot. Inter-regional energy interconnection has become a trend, and multi-regional energy transmission and trading can be realized. Taking distributed energy stations and multi-energy users as the main market participants, the operating principles and connection methods of interconnected distributed energy stations is studied first. And its mechanism model is established, and user bidding strategies are introduced to construct the framework of an energy retail market. Then, the differences in the trading mechanism of a double auction market in independent or interconnected regions are compared, and an energy retail market clearing strategy with the goal of maximizing the social surplus of regions is proposed. Finally, an integrated energy system is taken as an example to quantitatively analyze the results of market clearing and energy transmission on typical winter days, verifying that the proposed method can realize the optimal allocation of multi-regional resources and increase the total social surplus at each market clearing time.
