带并联电抗器同杆双回输电线路跨线接地故障自适应重合闸策略

摘要:
针对传统重合闸策略不判定故障性质而盲目重合、重合失败对系统造成二次冲击的问题,提出了基于故障相无功功率的带并联电抗器同杆双回输电线路跨线接地故障自适应重合闸策略。首先,提出了准两相跳闸策略,为跨线接地故障中故障相提供充足耦合电气量。其次,基于故障相在瞬时性故障和永久性故障中无功功率的巨大差异,提出了基于无功功率的跨线接地故障熄弧判据。再次,基于跨线接地故障熄弧判据,提出了跨线接地故障重合策略,进而提出了带并联电抗器同杆双回输电线路跨线接地故障自适应重合闸策略。最后,基于PSCAD/EMTDC,验证了所提出自适应重合闸策略的正确性和可靠性。

Adaptive autoreclosing scheme for line-to-line grounded faults on double-circuittransmission lines with shunt reactors

Abstract:
There is a problem that traditional reclosing strategy blindly recloses without discriminating the nature of the fault, and the failure of reclosing will result in a secondary impact on the system. Thus an adaptive autoreclosing strategy based on the reactive power of the fault phase for double-circuit transmission lines with a shunt reactor is proposed. First, a quasi two-phase tripping strategy is proposed to provide sufficient coupling electric quantity for the fault phase in the line-to-line grounded faults. Secondly, based on the huge difference of reactive power between the transient and permanent faults, a line-to-line grounded faults arc extinguishing criterion based on reactive power is proposed. Thirdly, based on this criterion, the reclosing strategy is proposed. An adaptive reclosure strategy for the line-to-line grounded faults of double-circuit transmission lines with shunt reactors is proposed. Finally, the correctness and reliability of the proposed adaptive reclosure strategy are verified based on PSCAD/EMTDC.
