不平衡电压下IGBT串联STATCOM稳定运行范围确定及应用

摘要:
利用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor, IGBT)串联技术,可使压接型IGBT串联静止同步补偿器(Static Synchronous Compensator, STATCOM)采用结构简单的三相两/三电平拓扑便可直挂于高压配电系统。但是配电系统中电压不平衡会使STATCOM直流侧电容电压产生二倍频波动,严重危及设备运行安全。利用能量守恒建立STATCOM直流电压二倍频波动的数学模型并进行简化,进而分析直流电压波动与电压不平衡度、直流电容容值以及直流电压幅值之间的关系,提出压接型IGBT串联STATCOM直流电压波动稳定运行范围确定方法,实现不平衡电压下对装置运行稳定性的直观判断。最后,通过仿真验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:
With presspack module of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) connected in series, Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) can be connected to high voltage distribution system directly by a three-phase two/three level converter topology. However, the DC capacitor voltage in STATCOM can be disturbed by unbalance voltage in distribution system and began to be fluctuated at 100 Hz, which would bring great danger to the operation of equipment. According to conservation of energy, the mathematical models of STATCOM DC voltage fluctuations is established and simplified, and the relationship between DC voltage fluctuations with unbalance factor, capacity of DC capacitor and DC voltage amplitude is analyzed. Then, to realize the intuitive judgment of the device operation stability under unbalanced voltage, the method to determine the stable operating range of the DC voltage fluctuation of IGBT series-connected STATCOM with IGBT presspack modules is purposed. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of proposed method is verified by simulations.
