基于动态规划的配电台区三相负荷不平衡治理方法

摘要:
电力客户用电的不确定性给配电台区三相负荷不平衡治理带来了极大的挑战,泛在电力物联网是实现从源头治理配电台区三相负荷不平衡的有效技术手段。提出了一种基于负荷动态规划的配电台区三相不平衡治理方法。首先,通过HPLC户相关系识别与户表电压序列变化相关性分析获得准确的户相关系。其次,利用户表高频次负荷数据,建立用户负荷特征曲线。最后,通过对各相位下的单相户表的历史负荷数据进行关联分析,采用负荷动态规划算法得出户表相位关系调整建议。算例实际应用结果验证了该方法的调整精度优于线路负荷改接法和换相开关装置治理方法。

Abstract:
The uncertainty of electricity consumption by power customers brings great challenges to the treatment of three-phase load imbalance in distribution station areas. The ubiquitous power internet of things is an effective technical means to control three-phase load imbalance from the source. A three-phase imbalance control method based on dynamic load programming is proposed. First, the accurate watt-hour meter-phase correlation is obtained by identifying the watt-hour meter-phase correlation by HPLC and comparing the changing trend of the watt-hour meter voltage sequence. Secondly, the curve of the user load characteristic is established using the high frequency load data of a watt-hour meter. Finally, the historical load data of single-phase users are correlated and analyzed, and the load dynamic programming algorithm is used to get a suggestion for adjustment of the watt-hour meter-phase relationship of the household meter. The practical application results of examples show that the adjustment accuracy of this method is better than that of the power distribution line load switching method and the three-phase imbalance phase-changing switch managing method.
