考虑风电机组馈入电流的风电场汇集线路保护整定计算方法

摘要:
现行风电场馈线电流保护的整定计算,按照馈线末端有灵敏性整定,当弱电网接入且馈线较长时将造成高灵敏度和低选择性,存在保护误动风险。首先分析了低电压穿越对风电机组短路电流的影响,研究了影响风电机组短路电流的主要因素。然后介绍了风电场典型的保护配置,将风电场场内进行了保护区域划分,研究了馈线电流保护的保护配置规则。接着分析了风电场馈线电流保护的误动风险,以及馈线首端风电机组故障和相邻馈线首端故障时馈线电流保护误动产生的原因。基于上述理论分析,提出了考虑风电机组馈入电流的保护整定计算二次验证法,并给出了计算实例。

Abstract:
The current protection setting calculation of wind farm feeder lines is based on sensitivity setting at the end of the feeder line. It will result in high sensitivity and low selectivity of the protection when a weak power grid is connected and the feeder line is longer. Thus there is a risk of relay protection mis-operation. First, this paper analyzes the influence of low voltage ride-through on the short-circuit current of wind turbines, and studies the main factors affecting the short-circuit current of wind turbines. Secondly, a typical relay protection configuration of the wind farm is introduced. The protection areas in a wind farm are divided. The protection configuration rules of feeder line current protection are studied. Then the risk of protection mis-operation of the feeder line current protection of wind farm is analyzed. The causes of the mis-operation of the feeder line current protection are studied during the feeder head-end wind turbine fault or the adjacent feeder lines head-end fault. Based on the above theoretical analysis, a secondary verification method for the current protection setting calculation of the wind farm feeder lines is proposed and a calculation example is given.
