基于布谷鸟搜索和模拟退火算法的两电压等级配网重构方法

摘要:
为进一步提高电力系统整体资源的优化配置,加强各电压等级之间的协调性,降低电网运行的经济成本,将单电压等级配电网结构优化问题拓展至两电压等级,提出了一种两电压等级的配网重构优化方法。以有功网损、电压偏差、负载均衡度为目标函数,在满足各电压等级电网运行条件的同时,引入各电压等级供电可靠性约束以及线路负载率约束等协调性约束指标,利用布谷鸟搜索算法寻优。并针对其在后期收敛速度慢、收敛精度差的缺点,引入模拟退火算法以提高算法的全局和局部搜索能力。算例分析表明所提方法是可行和有效的。

Abstract:
In order to further improve the optimal allocation of power system resources, strengthen the coordination among voltage levels and reduce the economic cost of power grid operation, this paper extends the optimization of single-voltage distribution network structure to two-voltage level and proposes a two-voltage level distribution network reconfiguration optimization method. Taking active power loss, voltage deviation and load balance as the objective functions, while satisfying the operation conditions of each voltage level power grid, coordination constraints such as power supply reliability constraints of each voltage level and line load rate constraints are introduced, and a cuckoo search algorithm is used for optimization. Considering its slow convergence rate and convergence rate in the later stage, the simulated annealing algorithm is introduced to improve the global and local search ability of the algorithm. The example shows that the method proposed in this paper is feasible and effective. This work is supported by National High-tech R & D Program of China (863 Program) (No. 2015AA050101).
