光热-风电联合运行的电力系统经济调度策略研究

摘要:
针对大规模并网风电出力的随机性、波动性以及反调峰特性给电网调峰和调度带来的影响,采用含储热的光热发电系统与风电联合运行的调度策略。利用光热与风电出力的互补性及储热的可调度性平抑风电出力波动,减小电网负荷峰谷差,降低火电调峰的成本,减少弃风。基于光热电站的运行机理分析,建立光热-风电联合系统的电网调度模型。采用粒子群算法对模型进行求解,实现经济调度的优化。通过仿真算例分析验证调度策略及模型的可行性和合理性。

Abstract:
Due to the influence of the large-scale grid-connection wind farm with randomness, volatility and counter-peak on grid peak shaving and scheduling, the combined operation strategy of concentrated solar power system with thermal storage and wind power is adopted. By using the complementarity of solar thermal and wind power output as well as the dispatchability of heat storage, the wind power output fluctuations can be smoothed, the peak-valley load difference of power grid and the cost of thermal power load can be reduced, as well as avoiding to abandon the wind. Based on the operation mechanism analysis of the solar thermal power station, the power grid scheduling model of the combined system is established. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the model and realize the optimization of economic dispatch. The feasibility and rationality of the scheduling strategy and model is validated by simulation example analysis.
