基于GB/T33593标准的DG低电压穿越输出特性研究

摘要:
当含分布式电源配电网故障时,需要分布式电源提供电压支撑,要求其具备低电压穿越能力。研究分布式电源的低电压穿越输出特性对配电网故障分析和保护设计具有重要意义。依据《分布式电源并网技术要求》(GB/T 33593-2017)建立了分布式电源低电压穿越控制指令和控制规则,推导出低电压穿越过程中分布式电源故障等效模型,得出分布式电源低电压穿越输出电流表达式,并阐述了含分布式电源配电网故障分析的基本方法。算例仿真结果验证了建模及理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:
Distributed generation is required to provide voltage support when failure occurred in distribution network connected with distributed generation, and low voltage ride through capability of distributed generation is required. Therefore, investigating the fault output characteristics of distributed generation during low voltage ride through is significant for fault analysis and protection design. According to the technical requirements for grid connection of connected distributed resources (GB/T 33593-2017), the low voltage ride through control instructions and control rules of distributed generation are established in this paper. The fault equivalent model and current description of distributed generation during low voltage ride through are derived. The basic approach of fault calculation for distribution network containing distributed power supplies is discussed. The correctness of the modeling and theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation results of the example. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51777121).
